Speaker: Toni Horn
Description
For many neurodivergent employees, the fear of criticism or perceived rejection isn’t just uncomfortable—it’s overwhelming.
RSD in the Workplace: Understanding Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria and Its Impact dives into Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD), a lesser-known but deeply impactful experience that affects emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and performance at work. Common in people with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, RSD can lead to burnout, withdrawal, or overworking in a constant effort to avoid disapproval.
Led by a speaker with lived experience and practical knowledge, this session helps managers, teams, and colleagues understand what RSD looks like, how it shows up in the workplace, and what kind, supportive responses look like in action.
Attendees will walk away with insight, empathy, and strategies to create a safer, more emotionally intelligent environment for everyone.
