Description
Speaking up shouldn’t feel like a battle—but for many neurodivergent people, it can be.
How to Advocate for Your Needs as a Neurodivergent Person is an interactive talk that explores the real-world challenges that come with self-advocacy, including the emotional weight of rejection sensitivity (RSD), fear of being misunderstood, and the pressure to “mask” in professional settings.
Led by a neurodivergent speaker with lived experience, this session offers practical strategies to help individuals advocate for their needs with more clarity and confidence—without burning out.
Through open discussion and shared insight, attendees will leave with a stronger sense of their rights, their boundaries, and how to ask for support in ways that work for them.
