Caroline is an ADDCA- and ICF (ACC)-certified ADHD and neurodiversity coach with a rich professional background spanning education, architecture, fashion, and music.

A former SENCo, ADHD Lead, exam access assessor, and teacher, she brings deep insight into learning, identity, and neurodivergence across the lifespan.

Diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s after years of internal struggle masked by high achievement, Caroline understands firsthand the tension between capability and self-doubt. Her coaching approach is validating, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that ADHD isn’t something to fix—it’s something to work with.

Caroline is particularly skilled in supporting high-achieving adults and newly diagnosed individuals, blending coaching with education to help clients understand and embrace their unique brain wiring. She also works with teens, giving her a developmental perspective that enriches her work with adults still carrying the imprint of early challenges in school.
