Caroline Ross is a qualified ADHD coach, NLP practitioner and Health & Wellbeing coach as well as personal trainer.
Caroline believes that our health and mindset are the foundation of working with rather than against our neurodivergent brain and preventing overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout. She’s a fierce advocate for neurodivergence and is on a mission to empower women to lean authentically into their neurodivergence and learn how to thrive in order to step into their full power and potential.
With past experiences in financial services (Bloomberg, Standard & Poor’s and Barclays) as well as stints in the charity sector and media, she has a solid understanding of the working pressures that many people are under.
