Whether at work, at home, or in your community, the goal is to help you build a life that actually works for your brain.

In this 2-hour session, we’ll explore:

  • How to spot the signs and understand the impact
  • Common triggers and how to manage them
  • Practical strategies for recovery and long-term wellbeing

Through guided exercises and open discussion, participants will be encouraged to reflect, reset, and take actionable steps forward. Attendees will also receive self-care workbooks to help carry the learning beyond the session.
