Neurodivergent Burnout: From Recovery to Creating a Life That Works for You is an interactive virtual masterclass designed to support neurodivergent individuals in recognising, recovering from, and preventing burnout in a way that’s realistic, compassionate, and sustainable. Whether at work, at home, or in your community, the goal is to help you build a life that actually works for your brain.
In this 2-hour session, we’ll explore:
Through guided exercises and open discussion, participants will be encouraged to reflect, reset, and take actionable steps forward. Attendees will also receive self-care workbooks to help carry the learning beyond the session.
This is a space for honesty, growth, and real support—because you don’t have to figure it out alone.tion and support actions.
