Allie Warren

Allie Warren is a neurodivergent career coach, workplace consultant, and writer.

She specialises insupporting individuals with ADHD and autism to find fulfilling, manageable working lives aligned with their strengths and values. Drawing on personal experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, Allie provides tailored coaching, workshops and training for workplace challenges, neurodiversity awareness and personal growth. She aims to help clients discover ease and authenticity in their work and life, for themselves and those around them.

Allie has spent the majority of her career working in people management in a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, PR and education. Working at senior level for the last 7 years, Allie has been dedicated to promoting inclusion and developing workplace wellbeing initiatives to help everyone to thrive at work.

After being diagnosed with ADHD and autism at the age of 40, Allie has continued her professional development to complete ICF accredited ADHD coach training which she uses alongside her CIPD Level 5 Human Resources Management qualification to work with individuals and organisations to celebrate neurodiversity in the workplace.
