Ellen Rowland

Ellen Rowland is a Medical Herbalist and Aromatherapist based in Bristol, UK.

She specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals through natural, safe and effective plant-based medicine, helping them to thrive in ways that feel aligned with their bodies and lifestyles. Drawing on her clinical expertise and holistic approach, Ellen offers personalised treatments that integrate herbal medicine and aromatherapy to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Ellen is the founder of AmberLuna Apothecary, where she runs an online and in-person herbal medicine clinic alongside retreats, workshops, natural products, kits, botanical facials and aromatherapy massage. Through her work, she is dedicated to making plant medicine accessible, practical and empowering for modern life.

Alongside her clinical practice, Ellen is a regular speaker and facilitator at large-scale events and tutors for the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. She is also the author of The Healing Power of Scent (Verbena Books, 2024). Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cold-water swimming, gardening and foraging in the woods.
