Lucy Drury

I’m Lucy, I was diagnosed with combined ADHD nearly 3 years ago. I am a wife and a mother, and have always taken pride in my work.

Like many people who did not know or suspect they were Neurodivergent have struggled with the highs and lows that this can bring. I have worked in the NHS for approximately 15 years and have also worked commercially in banking and for a National Airline.

I am a level 5 coach, and an experienced trainer. I have areal passion for helping people identify their transferrable strengths to find a role and place of work where they can thrive. Id like to think I am known for my compassion, integrity and my lightening fast sense of humour!
