Toni Horn is a global keynote speaker and neurodiversity consultant with over five years of experience delivering impactful keynotes, corporate training, and professional development workshops.

She specialises in creating inclusive workplaces and supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and later with autism, Toni combines personal experience with professional expertise to drive meaningful change. As a qualified SEMH Practitioner with a PGCert in the Psychology of Wellbeing in the Workplace, she brings a deep understanding of mental health, workplace culture, and neurodiversity.

A former corporate leader, Toni now helps organisations foster inclusive cultures that empower neurodivergent talent. As a CPD-accredited trainer, she has worked with business leaders, HR professionals, and educators to improve workplace support, leadership strategies, and mental health initiatives. She is also a parent of a neurodivergent child, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals across different life stages.

Toni is a published author of Emilys Unique Melody, an inclusive children’s book that highlights the strengths of dyslexia and thinking differently.
